Vysa-Bond™ WA40 is Vysal's own PVA Adhesive especially formulated for bonding the sheets of Vysa-Floor™ free floating sub-floor.

Vysa-Bond™ WA40 is a one part PVA emulsion adhesive specially formulated where a fast set, high bond strength and excellent water resistance is required.

Vysa-Bond™ meets and exceeds all requirements of British Standard BS 5270: Part 1:1989.

It is easily applied by brush, roller or serrated glue spreader.

It should be applied neat (i.e. undiluted) to both surfaces which may then be brought together under hand pressure when tacky.

1 kg of Vysa-Bond™ WA40 will typically cover 6m² to 8m² neat (i.e. undiluted).

Vysa-Bond™is also suitable for general purpose applications.

The cure rate of Vysa-Bond™ WA40 will vary according to the ambient temperature and typically will be:

At 25 ^oC the curing rate will be approx 20minutes
At 20 ^oCthe curing rate will be approx 30 minutes
At 15 ^oC the curing rate will be approx 60 minutes
