• floating hardwood floors
• wood laminate flooring
• wooden parquet floors
• fitting directly onto the joists before applying a chipboard or plywood floor surface
• fitting directly onto a chipboard floor and then covering with up to 18mm thick ply
• carpet, ceramic tiles, Dalsouple rubber or vinyl flooring on top of an 18mm thick ply
